Telehealth
Telehealth visits are available only to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of each visit. We may ask you to confirm your location at the start of a visit, and we may need to reschedule if you are outside Florida.
Communicating with us
Regular email is not a secure channel. Please do not send detailed health information by email; call us at (954) 495-2855 instead. We may not see messages right away, so never use email for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Florida Center for Functional Medicine and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
