Welcome. Here's what to expect.
Starting with a new practice should feel simple. Here's how your first weeks with us work, and how to get ready.
Schedule your first visitFour steps to feeling better.
Discover
An in-depth first visit to understand your full health story, goals and history.
Week 1Investigate
Advanced labs — hormones, gut, nutrients, inflammation and metabolic markers.
Weeks 2–3Personalize
A detailed report-of-findings visit and a written plan built around your results.
Week 4Optimize
Regular follow-ups, re-testing and coaching to fine-tune and sustain your progress.
OngoingA full hour, all about you.
Your initial consultation is 60 minutes. We'll go through your health history, symptoms, timeline, lifestyle and goals, and review any labs you already have.
By the end, you'll understand what we think may be driving your symptoms, which tests (if any) would help, and the next steps. Once results are in, we meet again to go over your findings and your written plan.
