What this website is
This is an informational website. It does not currently offer online forms, user accounts, a patient portal, online booking, online payments, or a newsletter, and we do not use analytics or advertising tracking tools on it. If we add features like these in the future, we will update this policy before or when they go live.

If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. If you become a patient, information related to your care is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Email and emergencies
Regular email is not a secure way to send information. Please do not send detailed health information, such as diagnoses, test results, or medication lists, by email. Call us at (954) 495-2855 instead.
This site is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the site or by email, please contact us so we can delete it.
